Mladen Predanic

MD, MSc, FACOG

Dr. Predanic moved to Dallas with his family in 2009 from New York where he lived for 16 years. Though he has been trained as an obstetrician in Europe, he completed his OB/GYN Residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center (Albert Einstein University, New York) where he worked as an attending resident for several years before joining a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) 3 year-long Fellowship program at Weill Medical College of Cornell University (New York).

Following his Fellowship completion, he directed the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division and led the OB/GYN department of Jamaica Hospital Medical Center (New York) as Vice-Chairman for several years. After the move to Dallas, Dr. Predanic joined Obstetrix Medical MFM Group of Dallas, where he worked for 10 years and was Medical Director for the last 4 years of his stay. Finally, he decided to open his own private MFM consultative practice, Mariposa Perinatal, in 2019.

In addition to his extensive clinical duties, in the last 15 years, he has provided over 100 CME qualified lectures to the MFM and OB/GYN attending-public (at New York and Dallas).

​

His professional career is also strongly associated with academic science;  he has authored and co-authored more than 70 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters about fetal diagnostic sonogram evaluation and sonogram diagnosis of gynecologic diseases.

​

Dr. Predanic is a Board-Certified physician in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialty, as well as in general Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty.
